Last week, I learnt that after turning down a guy, it is important to chart out the "what next?" in my friendship with him. I never realised that was important. How about you? What was one thing you learnt? It could be something new you never knew...or something that you already do and during the discussion you were affirmed that you're on the right track. Do spend a few minutes thinking about it.

V-Day with GIL

REMEMBER! We'll have a white elephant gift exchange...
(1) prepare a gift. It can be something you received previously but have no use for. If you plan to buy something...make sure it is $5 or LESS. As long as the gift is in good working condition, it is good enough!
(2) wrap up the gift. It doesn't matter what it's wrapped with - newspaper, A4 paper, nice wrapping paper - just get it wrapped before cell!
(3) bring the gift to cell! If you don't bring something, you'll have to sit one side and watch on as the rest of us play the game.

GIL meeting at AMK

If you want something fresh in your Christian walk, you'll have to start thinking about God's Word. That's when God speaks to you directly, not through a pastor or cell leader :) If you want to grow, you must have solid food....else, you will forever remain immature. I would like to start collating all GIL photos so that whenever we need it, we won't be desperately searching for them :)

First cell meeting of the year, we have some important things to discuss. Please let me know if you cannot come this week, so that I can find out what your opinion is before cell on Saturday.

It's official. We are now an international cell.
Ian is in Europe.
Norman is in Hong Kong.
Samuel Soh is in Australia.
Audrey is somewhere in South East Asia.
Clare (I assume) is somewhere in South East Asia.
Gabriel also in Australia.

The rest of us? We're gonna be at Ang Mo Kio on Saturday, 1-3pm.

CELL TIME OUT CUM BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

IM GONNA UPDATE BLOG AGAIN. sorry but you will have to suffer again. i am forced to update the blog. lydia forced me. *sobbing* she pushed me to a corner and then threatened to punch me in the face, the stomach, the hand, the leg, the toes, the finger, the elbow, the back and many many more places that u would not think can be punched. so i have no choice but to blog.

OUR CELL OUTING. IT WAS SUPER FUN. WE DID FUN STUFFS. DAMN DAMN DAMN FUN. we played frisbee. and erm, captain's ball with football was a whole new exciting experience. we ate sand for lunch. and drink seawater as beverage. call your tour agency today to book a 1DAY SENTOSA GIL PACKAGE with us. birthday celebration and crying kids included^^

dear GIL, lydia has honoured me with the responsibility to post an entry on this blog. that shall be the last sentence that is writen in proper english. yesterday during cell, we did fun stuffs. really fun stuffs, amazingly interesting and fun stuffs.

then we wrote some blessings and prayers to the o levels citizens. we used all our hearts and all our soul to write and draw our blessings to them. it was really a touching site. i will show u the picturesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

wilson is having a lot of fun. weipig too. they love writing blessings
